Back for 2025 and bigger than ever. Schools across the country competed to crown the ultimate Grade 6 reader.

Every student at every enrolled school could participate. Students submitted one reading and comprehension exercise through the app. This round determined who advanced to Round 2 and was the last opportunity for new schools to join.

How entry works

During each open window, students submit a reading and comprehension exercise through the app. Scores are ranked and top performers advance to the next round. Each round is open for one week. Schools and students may only join the competition while Round 1 is still open.
